What is the User Agreement for?

We have a very simple end user license agreement (EULA) in which we state that you have the right to use the theme and all images contained within that template within a single web site. This protects you from copyright infringement because we are giving you permission to use this design package.  We have posted our license agreement within our main site.

I am a web designer. Can I use the custom theme and template more than once?

Once you purchase one of our themes, your license gives you the right to use the theme on a single web site.   You cannot offer the theme package for resale or post the theme images on your site except to show how they have been used within a completed web site.

We still retain the original rights to the theme and graphics (excluding those images from Microsoft's Design Gallery).  You are also restricted to one copy of the theme per purchase and cannot load the theme onto multiple computers except as needed for the completion of the web design.

What if I want to change the colors of my theme?

Since the images within the theme and template are originals, they are protected by copyright.  We would suggest that you find a theme and template package that you do not have to alter.  However, if you feel that your package needs a little tweaking to better suit your needs, all modifications are undertaken at the sole risk of the user.
